1. Maintain and update the company's database.
2. Conduct follow-ups on team meetings, fairs, and sales mission contacts.
3. Assist in managing newsletters.
4. Support the organization of events.
5. Prepare data for compliance checks.
6. Monitor the status of supplier contracts periodically.
7. Conduct market research on fairs, workshops, and suppliers.

1. High School diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Travel Industry, Communication, or a related field.

1. Flexibility and strong team collaboration skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

No specific prior experience required, but relevant academic background and skills are necessary.
