- Maintain and update the CIS countries database.
- Support the Manager in preparing presentations and bookings.
- Follow up on team meetings, fairs, and sales mission contacts.
- Assist in managing newsletters.
- Support the organization of events.
- Conduct tourism market research.
- High School or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Travel Industry, Communication, or a related field.
- Flexibility and excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in Russian, Italian, and English, both spoken and written.
No specific experience required, but a background in marketing or tourism is advantageous.
High School or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
