Kering Technical Product Owner

- Build, maintain, and prioritize a clear and actionable backlog, including features, refactoring, technical debt, and incidents.
- Lead development cycles and organize agile rituals such as refinements, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and the Head of Technology to ensure consistency and scalability of developments.
- Monitor key technical KPIs, including adoption rate, integration time, performance, and incident reduction.
- Ensure the availability of up-to-date documentation, use cases, API contracts, and usage guidelines.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical PM, or a former engineer with strong product ownership skills.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices.
- Ability to define and own a technical roadmap with transversal impact.
- Comfortable interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders, both technical and business.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
3+ years in roles such as Technical Product Owner, Technical PM, or similar positions with a strong focus on product ownership.
