1. Design and evolve the architecture of shared backend components, including APIs, sessions, and micro-services.
2. Define and enforce best practices for development, testability, and security standards.
3. Provide technical oversight for the Core Platform team, including code reviews and validation of pull requests.
4. Define integration contracts, document features, and support their adoption across teams.
5. Collaborate closely with Delivery, SRE, DevOps, Security, and Product teams.
6. Monitor the reliability, performance, and reusability of platform components.

1. 6-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role.
2. Strong expertise in backend architecture, web APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
3. Proficiency in cloud-native environments such as AWS and GCP.
4. Mastery of security, scalability, and observability standards.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Clear and structured communication skills with the ability to influence and lead.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to mentor and challenge engineers across teams.
4. Autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of accountability.
5. Technical proficiency in Node.js and composable backends.

6-10 years in software engineering, including at least 2 years as a Tech Lead.
