1. Design and implement components related to omnichannel and data topics, ensuring consistency and tracking.
2. Provide high-level technical estimates for initiative prioritization.
3. Design new features that modify interactions between systems during design phases.
4. Identify configurations and specific developments for standard applications.
5. Manage data strategy for all components, including data ingestion and utilization.
6. Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams.
7. Lead projects during preliminary phases, collaborating with various stakeholders.
8. Act as Design Authority, making decisions and proposing trade-offs.
9. Supervise and support both external and internal resources.
10. Manage external staffing for the team.
11. Provide cross-functional support as Design Authority across the full scope.
12. Maintain quality of technical documentation during design phases.
13. Contribute to documenting processes established with business and support teams.
14. Assist in analyzing production incidents escalated to build teams.
15. Track and maintain design planning from scoping to detailed design.
16. Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases.
17. Follow up on build phases and realign build teams as needed.

1. 5+ years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems.
2. Strong functional understanding of an OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni.
3. Experience with PSP, ERP, or WMS systems is a plus.
4. Mastery of interactions between OMS, Front, POS, Store Mobile App, ERP, and other systems.
5. Proficiency with technical tools enabling integrations (Kafka Queues, Microservices, APIs, S3).
6. Experience in a fast-paced environment.

1. Project management skills including requirements gathering and analysis.
2. Experience presenting design work to stakeholders.
3. Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites.
4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Fluency in French and English.
6. Ability to adapt communication to technical or business audiences.
7. Autonomous working style, comfortable with remote teams.
8. Experience managing and supervising external resources.

5+ years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems, with a strong functional understanding of OMS and related systems.
