- Draft, analyze, review, and negotiate a comprehensive array of IT contracts, primarily in English, including licensing, software maintenance, SaaS/PaaS, and outsourcing agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Procurement Team to provide legal insights during tender processes and lead contract negotiations.
- Advise on legal matters related to IT, technology, and digital sectors.
- Provide expert guidance on IT and digital aspects of various contracts.
- Identify potential risks in IT contracts and advise business units accordingly.
- Support the Head of Legal Tech and Digital in implementing KTD projects and improving IT contract templates.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection laws and internal cybersecurity policies.
- Enhance efficiency by supporting the implementation of new legal processes and tools.
- Conduct training sessions for KTD personnel on IT contracts and technology-related legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, including letters, memoranda, and meeting reports.
- Conduct research on IT and digital legal topics and stay informed about industry developments.
- Manage and oversee the work of external legal counsel when necessary.
- Master’s degree in tech law, digital law, or a related field from a French University.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or within the IP and Tech Department of an international law firm.
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of French Contract Law and IT/Tech Law.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection laws.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and enthusiasm for new technologies.
4-5 years of experience in a similar position or within the IP and Tech Department of an international law firm.
Master’s degree in tech law, digital law, or similar from a French University.
