Kering Tax Specialist

- Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance and reporting, including CIT, VAT, Customs, and Transfer Pricing.
- Identify potential tax risks and exposures for local entities within the Group in Korea.
- Review tax provisions and deferred tax assets/liabilities in accordance with group policy.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing and payment of all tax obligations, including VAT, WHT, Custom duties, CIT, and BEPS documents.
- Assist in ACVA and APA engagements, including annual report reviews and voluntary amendments.
- Provide tax advice on transactions and business activities, ensuring compliance with new regulations.
- Coordinate with the Group tax team and local brands to maintain compliance and optimize tax strategies.
- Support tax-related audits and inquiries, defending tax positions and responding to information requests.
- Conduct research and analysis of tax laws specific to the luxury industry to identify compliance opportunities.
- Foster a positive work environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in tax or finance.
- Experience in a corporate environment or tax firm.
- AICPA or KICPA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Korean, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- High sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A minimum of 4-5 years in the tax or finance field, preferably within a corporate environment or tax firm.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
