Kering Tax Manager

- Provide tax advisory and assistance for M&A transactions and French Houses' tax matters, both domestically and internationally.
- Review tax due diligence reports, SPA, and structuring memos.
- Analyze tax structuring for acquisitions or divestments and prepare summary memos.
- Advise on daily tax queries of French Houses and review their tax positions.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of tax procedures.
- Monitor the application of transfer pricing policies in coordination with the transfer pricing team.
- Prepare and manage tax audits and litigation for French Houses.
- Analyze and track tax charges and deferred taxes.
- Draft technical notes and conduct tax research.
- University degree in law or a Grande Ecole de Commerce degree (equivalent to a Master's level).
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a top-tier firm or corporate environment with a focus on transactional tax activities.
- Experience assisting international groups with tax matters.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication abilities for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational skills with the agility to handle varied topics.
- Fluency in English is essential.
3 to 4 years of experience in a top-tier firm or corporate environment with a focus on transactional tax activities.
University degree in law or a Grande Ecole de Commerce degree (equivalent to a Master's level).
