1. Provide tax advisory and assistance for M&A transactions and French Houses' tax matters, both domestically and internationally.
2. Review tax due diligence reports, SPA, and structuring memos.
3. Analyze tax structuring for acquisitions or divestments and prepare summary memos.
4. Advise on daily tax queries of French Houses and review their tax positions.
5. Contribute to the development and documentation of tax procedures.
6. Monitor the application of transfer pricing policies in coordination with the transfer pricing team.
7. Prepare and manage tax audits and litigation for French Houses.
8. Analyze and track tax charges and deferred taxes.
9. Draft technical notes and conduct tax research.

1. University degree in law or a Grande Ecole de Commerce degree (equivalent to a Master's level).
2. 3 to 4 years of experience in a top-tier firm or corporate environment with a focus on transactional tax activities.
3. Experience assisting international groups with tax matters.

2. Excellent communication abilities for interaction with diverse stakeholders.
3. Organizational skills with the agility to handle varied topics.
4. Fluency in English is essential.

3 to 4 years of experience in a top-tier firm or corporate environment with a focus on transactional tax activities.
