Kering Tax Intern

- Conduct research on various corporate direct and indirect tax issues, including income tax, VAT, registration duties, and other taxes for both operational and corporate entities.
- Draft detailed analysis memos and summaries for accountants in both French and English, including preparation of finance law presentations and seminars.
- Assist in the preparation of tax audits and litigations, including document analysis, data preparation, and drafting technical arguments.
- Perform monthly legislative and jurisprudential monitoring.
- Research the application of double taxation treaties and address comparative tax law issues.
- Support teams in France and internationally (EMEAIR/APAC/US/LATAM) on various direct and indirect tax matters, drafting technical notes, memorandums, and PowerPoint presentations in English and French.
- Stay updated on international tax developments.
- Participate in functional analysis interviews, assist in drafting or updating transfer pricing documentation, and engage in transactional tax matters related to restructuring and external growth operations.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Taxation or a related field.
- Professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a similar role within a company or law firm.
- Strong knowledge of French and international corporate taxation.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sensitivity to image-related matters.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Autonomous and self-motivated.
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a similar tax-related position within a corporate or legal environment.
Master's degree in Taxation or related field (Bac +5).
