Kering Tax Director

1. Lead a team of 10 full-time employees managing direct and indirect tax compliance in the US and Canada.
2. Collaborate with external consultants to oversee tax compliance in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
3. Ensure adherence to international and local statutory tax accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
4. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity and quality of tax financial data.
5. Support budget and forecasting activities related to tax accounting for Kering Houses.
6. Manage federal and state tax audits, both internal and external.
7. Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance tax reporting efficiency and quality.
8. Actively participate in financial transformation and digitalization projects.
9. Oversee transfer pricing processes, including documentation, APA, MAP, and customs duties.
10. Assess tax impacts on complex corporate transactions and new business ventures.
11. Monitor and interpret tax legislation, ensuring compliance with tax and customs laws.
12. Provide strategic guidance on taxes and customs duties to maximize cost efficiency.
13. Ensure international tax compliance, including BEAT, Minimum Tax, and GILTI.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA, Master's Degree, or Law degree preferred.
2. 10+ years of experience in international tax compliance within a complex, multinational organization.

1. Deep understanding and experience in US and Canada tax laws.
2. Knowledge of Mexico and Brazil tax laws is advantageous.
3. Strong expertise in transfer pricing.
4. In-depth knowledge of GILTI, BEAT, and Minimum Tax.
5. Excellent analytical and technical skills for interpreting complex tax laws.
6. Proven leadership and team management abilities.
7. Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex tax concepts.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

A minimum of 10 years in international tax compliance within a complex, multinational organization is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA, Master's Degree, or Law degree preferred.

$240,000 - $280,000 per year plus incentives.
