Kering Tax Compliance Manager

- Oversee all tax compliance activities within the European Shared Service Center (SSC).
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of indirect taxes (VAT), corporate income tax, withholding taxes, and associated declarations.
- Harmonize processes and strengthen internal controls across the SSC, brands, and Group Tax Department.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and internal tax policies.
- Lead the preparation and submission of CIT and VAT declarations, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Define and maintain tax guidelines and VAT decision trees to enhance accounting quality and mitigate risks.
- Monitor residual risks, communicate critical issues to stakeholders, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Contribute to the harmonization of VAT and CIT processes by analyzing discrepancies and optimizing tax codes.
- Act as the tax lead for digitalization projects, ensuring functional and regulatory compliance of e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance and guide continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with P2P, OTC, IC, and RTR teams to prevent errors and enhance operational quality.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions to strengthen tax culture within the SSC.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, promoting cooperation and continuous progress.
- Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance; professional certification (DSCG, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment.
- Proficiency in SAP; experience with e-invoicing/e-reporting platforms is advantageous.
- Fluent in English for daily international interactions.

Previous experience in a Shared Services environment with a focus on tax compliance is required.
