Kering Tax Compliance Manager

1. Oversee all tax compliance activities within the European Shared Service Center (SSC).
2. Ensure timely and accurate filing of indirect taxes (VAT), corporate income tax, withholding taxes, and associated declarations.
3. Harmonize processes and strengthen internal controls across the SSC, brands, and Group Tax Department.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and internal tax policies.
5. Lead the preparation and submission of CIT and VAT declarations, ensuring data quality and consistency.
6. Define and maintain tax guidelines and VAT decision trees to enhance accounting quality and mitigate risks.
7. Monitor residual risks, communicate critical issues to stakeholders, and coordinate corrective actions.
8. Contribute to the harmonization of VAT and CIT processes by analyzing discrepancies and optimizing tax codes.
9. Act as the tax lead for digitalization projects, ensuring functional and regulatory compliance of e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions.
10. Define and track KPIs to measure performance and guide continuous improvement plans.
11. Collaborate with P2P, OTC, IC, and RTR teams to prevent errors and enhance operational quality.
12. Conduct training and awareness sessions to strengthen tax culture within the SSC.
13. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, promoting cooperation and continuous progress.

1. Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance; professional certification (DSCG, CPA) is a plus.
2. Experience in a Shared Services environment.
3. Proficiency in SAP; experience with e-invoicing/e-reporting platforms is advantageous.
4. Fluent in English for daily international interactions.
5. Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Previous experience in a Shared Services environment with a focus on tax compliance is required.

Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance; professional certification is a plus.
