Kering Talent Manager, APAC

- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define talent needs and align recruitment strategies and onboarding experiences.
- Develop and recommend inclusive hiring strategies to attract diverse talent in line with Kering Group's hiring philosophy.
- Create employer branding strategies to attract top candidates and collaborate with market HRDs to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage relationships with external talent acquisition partners, including selection and negotiation for cost-effective resourcing.
- Conduct external talent mapping activities to build a pipeline of talent for critical positions in APAC.
- Utilize Talent Acquisition tools and systems to enhance recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement talent development initiatives such as leadership training and mentorship programs.
- Identify and address skills gaps to prepare employees for future success.
- Develop career development strategies for high-potential employees, aligning with company goals.
- Promote internal mobility and career progression through job rotations and promotions.
- Support succession planning for critical positions to ensure a leadership pipeline.
- Deploy global talent programs and initiatives in APAC and drive their adoption.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring clear expectations and development plans.
- Train managers on effective performance assessment and goal setting.
- Promote a culture of continuous feedback and recognition through employee recognition programs.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators to assess talent effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of talent systems to support global digitalization.
- Analyze talent data to identify trends and insights for stakeholder engagement.
- Proven experience in talent management or human resources within a multinational organization.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, development, and performance management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in talent management systems and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global and regional teams.
A minimum of 5 years in talent management or a related HR role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
