1. Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses for Group Talent Review.
2. Prepare macro and micro analyses to identify achievements and areas for improvement.
3. Synthesize key learnings into presentations tailored for various audiences.
4. Monitor and ensure timely execution of talent development actions.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders including HRIS, Talent Partners, and external providers.
6. Consolidate data and provide feedback on Performance Reviews by House.
7. Support Houses in utilizing systems and tools for optimal execution.
8. Prepare materials and logistics for regular meetings with Houses.
9. Assist in preparing analyses to identify development areas.
10. Support the manager in preparing for upcoming campaigns.
11. Contribute to ad hoc projects with high-quality data analysis and presentation.
12. Facilitate meetings and support talent-related projects.

1. Enrollment in a 2nd year Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly recommended.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive key messages from data.
2. Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with large datasets in Excel.
3. Attention to detail and organizational rigor.
4. Proactive attitude with a curiosity and eagerness to learn.
5. Autonomy and motivation.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience in handling large datasets and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis is required.

2nd year Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
