- Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses for Group Talent Review.
- Prepare macro and micro analyses to identify achievements and areas for improvement.
- Synthesize key learnings into presentations tailored for various audiences.
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of talent development actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including HRIS, Talent Partners, and external providers.
- Consolidate data and provide feedback on Performance Reviews by House.
- Support Houses in utilizing systems and tools for optimal execution.
- Prepare materials and logistics for regular meetings with Houses.
- Assist in preparing analyses to identify development areas.
- Support the manager in preparing for upcoming campaigns.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects with high-quality data analysis and presentation.
- Facilitate meetings and support talent-related projects.
- Enrollment in a 2nd year Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly recommended.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive key messages from data.
- Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with large datasets in Excel.
- Attention to detail and organizational rigor.
- Proactive attitude with a curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Autonomy and motivation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience in handling large datasets and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis is required.
2nd year Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
