1. Participate in the organization, implementation, and management of Talent Development projects.
2. Support the logistical organization of training and learning events, including tracking enrollment, attendance, and managing logistics.
3. Assist with managing training evaluation surveys.
4. Conduct data analysis and generate reports focused on training KPIs.
5. Produce internal communication materials related to learning activities.
6. Create engaging presentations regarding departmental progress and projects.

1. Strong command of English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
2. Demonstrated interest in Learning and Development topics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
4. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

No specific experience required, but a strong interest in Learning and Development is essential.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
