Kering Talent Development Intern

- Participate in the organization, implementation, and management of Talent Development projects.
- Support the logistical organization of training and learning events, including tracking enrollment, attendance, and managing logistics.
- Assist with managing training evaluation surveys.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports focused on training KPIs.
- Produce internal communication materials related to learning activities.
- Create engaging presentations regarding departmental progress and projects.
- Strong command of English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in Learning and Development topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Creative with an innovative attitude and attention to detail.
- Adherence to confidentiality, discretion, and high ethical standards.
No specific experience required, but a strong interest in Learning and Development is essential.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
