1. Collaborate with the Global Talent Development Manager on key processes such as Performance and Talent Reviews.
2. Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses.
3. Prepare macro and micro analyses to identify achievements and areas for improvement.
4. Create clear presentations tailored to various audiences, including Senior Management.
5. Ensure timely monitoring and follow-up on Talent development actions.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders including HRIS, Talent Partners, and external providers.
7. Support Houses in utilizing systems and tools for Performance Reviews.
8. Prepare materials and logistics for regular meetings with Houses.
9. Contribute to ad hoc Talent-related projects with high-quality data analysis and presentations.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly recommended.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
2. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, including data cleaning and storytelling.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
4. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
5. High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

No prior experience required, but a demonstrated interest in Talent Development is preferred.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
