- Collaborate with the Global Talent Development Manager on key processes such as Performance and Talent Reviews.
- Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses.
- Prepare macro and micro analyses to identify achievements and areas for improvement.
- Create clear presentations tailored to various audiences, including Senior Management.
- Ensure timely monitoring and follow-up on Talent development actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including HRIS, Talent Partners, and external providers.
- Support Houses in utilizing systems and tools for Performance Reviews.
- Prepare materials and logistics for regular meetings with Houses.
- Contribute to ad hoc Talent-related projects with high-quality data analysis and presentations.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly recommended.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, including data cleaning and storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
No prior experience required, but a demonstrated interest in Talent Development is preferred.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
