1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to negotiating employment offers.
2. Implement best practices for recruiting across retail and corporate positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
3. Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, providing regular updates to senior management.
4. Oversee the Workday Recruiter ATS and conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.
5. Facilitate recruitment events and influence managerial decisions in alignment with company interests.
6. Ensure fair and inclusive recruitment practices and manage stakeholder relationships.
7. Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand DNA and market dynamics to create talent pools.
8. Promote internal mobility within Kering and maintain recruitment trackers for accurate reporting.
9. Collaborate with HR teams to define and adapt job descriptions and ensure compliance with UK legislation.

1. Experience in talent acquisition within the luxury retail sector is highly desirable.
2. Knowledge of high-volume retail recruitment and UK recruitment legislation.

1. Strong networking abilities with HR professionals, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
2. Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Prior experience in talent acquisition, particularly within luxury retail, is preferred.
