- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to negotiating employment offers.
- Implement best practices for recruiting across retail and corporate positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Oversee the Workday Recruiter ATS and conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.
- Facilitate recruitment events and influence managerial decisions in alignment with company interests.
- Ensure fair and inclusive recruitment practices and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand DNA and market dynamics to create talent pools.
- Promote internal mobility within Kering and maintain recruitment trackers for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with HR teams to define and adapt job descriptions and ensure compliance with UK legislation.
- Experience in talent acquisition within the luxury retail sector is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of high-volume retail recruitment and UK recruitment legislation.
- Strong networking abilities with HR professionals, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions.
- Proficiency in managing applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in talent acquisition, particularly within luxury retail, is preferred.
