- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for both retail and corporate roles.
- Implement best practices in recruitment to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, providing insights to senior management.
- Manage the Workday Recruiter Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.
- Facilitate recruitment events and days.
- Influence and guide managers in recruitment decisions.
- Ensure fair and inclusive recruitment practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to tailor recruitment strategies.
- Visit stores and corporate sites to understand team dynamics and culture.
- Develop an understanding of each brand's unique identity and market position.
- Create talent pools for key roles within the luxury market.
- Promote internal mobility within Kering.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to HR Business Partners.
- Collaborate with the HR team to define and adapt job descriptions.
- Stay informed on relevant legislation affecting recruitment.
- Challenge and coach managers on compliance with UK legislation.
- Experience in talent acquisition within luxury retail is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of high-volume retail recruitment and UK recruitment legislation.
- Established network with HR professionals and recruitment agencies.
- Project management and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills across all business levels.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using Workday is advantageous.
