1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit graduates.
2. Source a diverse pool of candidates through keyword and boolean searches, networking, and nurturing graduate candidate pools.
3. Schedule and participate in candidate screenings and digital interviews, ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
4. Work with the Sourcing Specialist on challenging or high-volume roles, providing a slate of candidates.
5. Maintain the applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless application and recruitment process.
6. Assist in generating reports on recruiting KPIs.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards.

No prior experience required, but a passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is essential.
