1. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit graduates.
2. Source a diverse pool of candidates using advanced search techniques and networking.
3. Schedule and participate in candidate screenings and digital interviews, ensuring an engaging candidate experience.
4. Work with the Sourcing Specialist on challenging and high-volume roles to provide a slate of candidates.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
6. Assist in generating reports on recruiting KPIs.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English.

2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Proactive and curious with a cooperative team player attitude.
