1. Support the Group Talent Acquisition team in enhancing candidate experience by analyzing processes and tools.
2. Assist in updating and consolidating Talent Acquisition tools and process guidelines.
3. Manage periodical posts to engage the Talent Acquisition Community with updates, insights, and market trends.
4. Strengthen relationships with external providers involved in global Talent Acquisition activities.
5. Collaborate on the design, organization, and deployment of Talent Acquisition training programs.

1. Interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
2. Proactive and cooperative with a team-oriented mindset.
3. Organized with a high attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
2. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging presentations.

No prior experience required, but a passion for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition is essential.
