Kering Sustainability Innovation Project Manager

- Manage the development programs with innovators in sustainable innovation.
- Oversee the retro-planning of events and programs related to sustainable innovation.
- Coordinate key phases and maintain relations with stakeholders both in France and internationally.
- Organize projects on a case-by-case basis, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Maintain continuous liaison with the sustainable communication department.
- Conduct post-event analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor global trends by reading reports and publications on sustainable innovation.
- Participate in conferences and trade fairs to stay abreast of industry developments.
- Prepare and consolidate internal data on sustainable innovation.
- Engage in all internal events of the Sustainable Development Department and Programs team.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from other team members.
- Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on sustainable development.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Previous experience in the luxury or fashion industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Autonomous with a proactive approach and initiative.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Relevant experience in project management, particularly within sustainability or innovation sectors, is required. Experience in luxury or fashion industries is a plus.
Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a focus on sustainable development.
