1. Assist in the preparation of notes, presentations, and speeches under the supervision of the Chief of Staff to the Chief Sustainability Officer.
2. Coordinate the department's university partnerships, including program development, project tracking with academic teams, and partnership promotion in collaboration with the Communication team.
3. Monitor the Group's sustainability strategy and support team members on cross-functional projects.
4. Facilitate the sustainability community within the Group and its Houses.
5. Organize internal and external events.

1. Currently enrolled in a gap year or pursuing a Master's degree in management or a related university program.

1. Strong project coordination skills, particularly with external partners.
2. Interest in sustainability initiatives.
3. Excellent analytical, synthesis, and writing abilities.
4. Adaptability and discretion.
5. Proficiency in English and French; Italian is advantageous.
6. High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

No specific prior experience required, but a keen interest in sustainability and project coordination is essential.

Currently enrolled in a gap year or pursuing a Master's degree in management or a related university program.
