Kering Sustainability Communications Assistant

- Draft and publish sustainability-related news on the company's internal platform.
- Engage and develop the employee community around environmental themes.
- Organize internal events such as awareness campaigns, workshops, and conferences.
- Prepare briefing notes and update the sustainability press dossier.
- Conduct and follow up on specialized press reviews.
- Coordinate external events such as launches and panels.
- Manage and update the 'Sustainability' section of Kering.com, including content creation and image selection.
- Coordinate social media posts related to sustainability and analyze their impact.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of communication actions.
- Perform regular benchmarking and trend analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks related to communication and sustainability projects, including invoicing and budget tracking.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, CSR/Sustainability, Political Science, or Marketing.
- Previous experience in communication or CSR within an agency or international environment is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills in French and English.
- Strong interest in sustainability issues and CSR policies.
- Proficiency in digital tools, CMS management, and social media platforms.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Suite.
- Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury visual codes.
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and eagerness to learn.
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in communication or CSR is advantageous.
Master's degree in progress in Communication, CSR/Sustainability, Political Science, or Marketing.
