1. Drive end-to-end program management across Sustainability and Corporate initiatives, from strategic framing and planning to execution, tracking, and delivery.
2. Ensure cross-functional coordination between Business, IT, and Corporate support functions, aligning priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
3. Define and maintain program governance, including steering routines, decision frameworks, risk management, and reporting.
4. Guarantee strategic continuity across initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives while supporting short-term delivery.
5. Anticipate upcoming regulatory, operational, and organizational needs, enabling a proactive rather than reactive approach.
6. Identify opportunities for process optimization, resource efficiency, and cost rationalization across programs.
7. Act as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility on progress, risks, and impacts.
8. Contribute to building a scalable program management framework that can be replicated across domains.
9. Support domain budget forecast and monitoring, including purchase orders and invoices monitoring.
10. Manage domain resources ensuring they work based on clear goals and objectives.

1. Proven experience (around 10 years) in program or project management in complex, international organizations.
2. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Italian is considered a plus.
3. Experience or interest in sustainability and ESG topics.

1. Comfortable operating in cross-functional environments, working with both Business and IT stakeholders.
2. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, bringing structure, prioritization, and clarity.
3. Strong in governance, coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without authority.
4. Clear and confident communicator, capable of synthesizing complexity for senior leadership.
5. Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.

Around 10 years of experience in program or project management within complex, international organizations.
