1. Define and own the multi-year transformation roadmap for domains including Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, and others, ensuring alignment with Group strategy and regulatory requirements.
2. Translate strategic and operational constraints into actionable programs and investment choices.
3. Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to balance long-term transformation with short-term value delivery.
4. Manage the global budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
5. Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums.
6. Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
7. Establish a scalable program management and governance model applicable across additional Corporate domains.

1. Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
2. Proven leadership in managing significant budgets and leading teams.
3. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and advise at C-level.
4. Fluency in English and French.
