- Define and own the multi-year transformation roadmap for domains including Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, and others, ensuring alignment with Group strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Translate strategic and operational constraints into actionable programs and investment choices.
- Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to balance long-term transformation with short-term value delivery.
- Manage the global budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
- Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums.
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish a scalable program management and governance model applicable across additional Corporate domains.
- Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven leadership in managing significant budgets and leading teams.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to influence and advise at C-level.
- Fluency in English and French.
