1. Define and manage the multi-year transformation roadmap for domains including Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, and Health & Safety.
2. Translate regulatory, operational, and strategic constraints into actionable programs and investment choices.
3. Drive the prioritization and sequencing of initiatives to balance long-term transformation with short-term value delivery.
4. Oversee portfolio performance, including delivery, value realization, risk management, and outcomes.
5. Manage the global budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
6. Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums.
7. Prepare and lead strategic steering committees, providing senior leadership with visibility on progress and decisions required.
8. Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
9. Establish a scalable program management and governance model applicable across additional Corporate domains.
10. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency, contributing to the maturity of Corporate IT transformation.

1. Senior transformation leader with extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international environments.
2. Proven experience in leading teams and managing significant budgets.
3. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to shape vision and drive execution.
4. Highly credible with senior stakeholders, capable of influencing and advising at C-level.
5. Excellent communicator with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear executive-level narratives.
6. Structured, proactive, and impact-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
7. Background in IT, Digital, Transformation, and Corporate Programs within complex organizations.
8. Fluent in English and French.
