1. Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
2. Conduct audits in Italy to evaluate risks and document irregularities according to Kering's risk policy.
3. Communicate audit results to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
4. Evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
5. Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
6. Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
7. Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.

1. Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
2. Experience in conducting social and environmental audits.
3. Knowledge of SA8000 international standard and Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.

1. Analytical problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Strong communication skills in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in social and environmental audits, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
