Kering Supply Chain Social Auditor

- Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
- Conduct audits in Italy to evaluate risks and document irregularities according to Kering's risk policy.
- Communicate audit results to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
- Evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
- Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
- Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
- Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.
- Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
- Experience in conducting social and environmental audits.
- Knowledge of SA8000 international standard and Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English; French is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in social and environmental audits, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.
Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
