1. Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
2. Identify supply chain companies for auditing.
3. Conduct audits to evaluate risks, document irregularities, and communicate findings to suppliers.
4. Support audits both domestically and internationally.
5. Assess and verify corrective actions taken by suppliers.
6. Assist external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
7. Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure follow-up on irregularities.
8. Provide support on anti-counterfeiting and unauthorized supplier issues.
9. Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends.

1. Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
2. Experience in conducting social and environmental audits.
3. Knowledge of Italian and European legislation related to SA8000 standards.
4. Familiarity with Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.

1. Analytical problem-solving abilities.
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Fluency in Italian and English; French is advantageous.

Experience in social and environmental audits, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
