Kering Supply Chain Planning Manager

1. Collaborate closely with brand teams to gather and analyze demand trends and projections.
2. Support brand teams during urgent situations, prioritization needs, and new collection launches.
3. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and 3PL teams to establish lead times and service level expectations.
4. Consolidate forecasts from brands and develop projections based on historical data and trends.
5. Develop and communicate a comprehensive load plan with relevant stakeholders.
6. Create or coordinate the development of planning tools for monitoring events, loads, and volumes.
7. Monitor daily execution flow to ensure adherence to plans.
8. Oversee Warehouse OTIF and backlog, communicating updates to brands.
9. Implement processes for handling priority requests from brands and operations teams.
10. Maintain and improve Key Performance Indicators for the planning process.
11. Conduct performance analysis and produce logistics reports.
12. Facilitate regular S&OP sessions with brands and operations teams to review past results and future expectations.
13. Serve as the primary contact for capacity, volume, and load expectations for shipments.
14. Promote a culture of planning and forecasting within the organization.
15. Implement and lead 'Control Tower' monitoring for special projects and initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in supply chain or related field is advantageous.
2. Previous experience in logistics or supply chain planning.

1. Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to data management.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
5. In-depth knowledge of the US luxury retail market.
6. Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
7. Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.

Prior experience in logistics or supply chain planning is required.

Bachelor's degree required; a master's degree in supply chain or related field is advantageous.

$115,000 - $135,000 per year plus incentives.
