- Develop and maintain documentation related to department procedures and activities.
- Monitor department activities by collecting and analyzing data on ongoing processes and projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support business activities, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Enter and maintain supplier data in the system, ensuring data quality.
- Analyze macro and micro data from various sources to provide insights for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage data to ensure information is readily available for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, statistics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive with problem-solving skills and open-mindedness.
- Aptitude for quickly mastering new tools and platforms.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with economic-corporate reports is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.
Relevant experience in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement is required.
Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, statistics, or related fields.
