1. Develop and maintain documentation related to department procedures and activities.
2. Monitor department activities by collecting and analyzing data on ongoing processes and projects.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents to support business activities, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
4. Enter and maintain supplier data in the system, ensuring data quality.
5. Analyze macro and micro data from various sources to provide insights for improvement.
6. Act as a liaison between stakeholders.
7. Prepare and maintain documentation and reports for stakeholders.
8. Manage data to ensure information is readily available for stakeholders.

1. Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, statistics, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in project management and analytical skills.
2. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
4. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
5. Proactive with problem-solving skills and open-mindedness.
6. Aptitude for quickly mastering new tools and platforms.
7. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
8. Experience with economic-corporate reports is a plus.
9. Fluency in Italian and English; French is a plus.

Relevant experience in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement is required.

Bachelor's degree in STEM, economics, statistics, or related fields.
