1. Coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring status.
2. Facilitate daily communication with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
3. Track stock levels and prepare basic reports to support inventory management.
4. Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documentation.
5. Identify and escalate issues or delays, contributing to practical solutions.
6. Perform administrative and operational tasks to maintain efficient supply chain flows.
7. Assist the Manager with extraordinary activities and projects.

1. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles preferred.
2. Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.

1. Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Flexibility and proactivity in managing multiple tasks.

Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred.
