1. Coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring status.
2. Manage daily communication with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
3. Track stock levels and prepare basic reports to support inventory management.
4. Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documents.
5. Escalate issues or delays and contribute to developing practical solutions.
6. Perform administrative and operational tasks to maintain efficient supply chain flows.
7. Support the Manager in extraordinary activities and projects.

1. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles preferred.
2. Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.

1. Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
2. Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate.
3. Team player with flexibility and proactivity.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred.
