- Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports, presentations, and documents to support business objectives, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of supplier information within the system.
- Analyze macro and micro data from various sources to derive actionable insights for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and reports for stakeholder use.
- Manage data to ensure information is readily available for primary stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with French as an advantageous addition.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and open-mindedness.
- Aptitude for quickly learning new tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of R (R-studio) and experience with economic-corporate reports is a plus.
Relevant experience in data analysis, report preparation, and stakeholder communication within a corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics fields, or equivalent professional experience.
