- Support the preparation of comprehensive reports, presentations, and documents to facilitate business operations, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and dashboards.
- Maintain and update supplier data within the system, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Analyze macro and micro data from various sources to generate actionable insights for process improvement.
- Assist in managing communication channels and activities among key stakeholders, including suppliers, brand representatives, and internal teams.
- Prepare and sustain current documentation and reports beneficial to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics fields preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and exhibit proactive problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Italian with effective communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant experience in data analysis or supply chain management is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics fields preferred.
