1. Support the POS Functional Product Owner in enhancing the Store Point of Sale solution.
2. Facilitate communication with Business and Operations to track new requirements and analyze stakeholder feedback across regions.
3. Assist the Scrum Master in coordinating activities, tracking deliverables, and project progress using Agile methodology.
4. Monitor Jira tickets for project and production environments, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
5. Collaborate with other streams such as QA, Integration, and Application Maintenance to ensure task alignment across the POS development lifecycle.
6. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting brands during test executions, tracking defects, and following up on resolutions.
7. Identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement within the team.
8. Contribute to the definition and implementation of standardized processes, tools, and templates to enhance scalability and efficiency of POS solutions.

1. Graduate or graduating in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

1. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
2. Familiarity with software architectures.
3. Knowledge of SQL, JSON, and XML is advantageous.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.
5. Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
6. Enthusiasm for identifying and driving process improvements.

No prior experience required, but a background in computer science or engineering is preferred.

Graduate or graduating in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
