- Provide legal advice and support to HR Managers on individual cases.
- Update the Economic and Social Database (BDESE).
- Work on professional equality and disability initiatives.
- Offer operational advice on social relations management.
- Develop written materials for HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate with legal counsel.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to negotiation, monitoring, and implementation of agreements.
- Conduct regular legal and social monitoring in France and assess impacts.
- Perform in-depth studies and analyses in labor law.
- Prepare studies and materials for monthly Social and Economic Committee (CSE) meetings.
- Prepare and participate in negotiations with social partners, including benchmarking, legal research, and drafting agreement proposals.
- Contribute to ensuring legal compliance of HR processes.
- Master's degree in Social Law.
- Proven experience in social law, either in a law firm or in-house.
- Organized and rigorous in analysis with strong synthesis skills.
- Autonomous in project management with initiative and customer service orientation.
- Teamwork skills and ability to handle complex situations.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Good stress management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Confirmed experience in social law, either in a law firm or in-house.
Master's degree in Social Law.
