2. Assist in implementing service improvement practices.
3. Prepare and update process guides and technical documentation.
4. Create reports on activities and processes.
5. Review key performance indicators in collaboration with stakeholders.

1. Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
2. Familiarity with the ITIL Framework.

2. Organizational proficiency with an analytical approach.
3. Cooperative and committed demeanor.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is advantageous.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with IT service management processes is beneficial.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
