1. Coordinate the entire portfolio of telecom network projects for the EMEA region and transition to Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
2. Collaborate closely with technical experts and architects to drive the evolution of telecom solutions and anticipate innovations.
3. Supervise changes and processes related to network services, ensuring minimal operational and business risk.
4. Act as the primary contact for internal clients (Maisons), ensuring deployed solutions meet operational and business requirements.
5. Monitor service quality, manage escalations, and collaborate with operations teams to resolve incidents promptly.
6. Consolidate performance indicators with Global Network Operations, analyze and provide KPIs for continuous improvement.
7. Communicate clearly and regularly with internal stakeholders regarding service delivery, trends, and improvement areas.
8. Coordinate teams and participate in weekly meetings to align on ongoing and upcoming projects.
9. Travel within the EMEA region at least once a month to support deployments and evaluate service quality on-site.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the dynamic retail/luxury sector.
2. Significant experience in SD-WAN project management and deployment, with experience in Fortinet and/or Cisco Meraki solutions being advantageous.

1. Professional proficiency in English and French; Italian is a plus.
2. Excellent listening, synthesis, and technical communication skills for a broad audience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with management and internal clients.
4. Proactive and service-oriented mindset to deliver high-quality project management and network service leadership.

A minimum of 8 years managing complex projects, ideally within the retail or luxury sectors, with a focus on SD-WAN solutions.
