- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define recruitment needs and priorities.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, sourcing, interviews, evaluation, and offer management.
- Provide market insights and identify key trends, particularly in Tech and Digital profiles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Support managers in enhancing employer branding through effective communication during the recruitment process.
- Participate in cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure rigorous use of the ATS (Workday) and produce regular recruitment KPI reports.
- Proven expertise in recruitment with the ability to manage strategic assignments independently.
- Knowledge or experience in the Tech/Digital sector is a strong asset.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong internal client orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday.
- Awareness of Diversity & Inclusion issues and commitment to ethical standards.
Proven expertise in recruitment, particularly in strategic assignments, with a focus on Tech and Digital sectors.
