- Lead retail and corporate real estate development planning and execution for all Group brands across the Americas region.
- Strategically manage assets to enhance property value throughout their lifecycle.
- Evaluate, select, and negotiate commercial terms and lease provisions for various property transactions including openings, closings, relocations, and renewals.
- Direct negotiations with landlords, developers, brokers, and legal representatives.
- Collaborate with brand and corporate teams on site feasibility, lease negotiations, and property acquisitions.
- Oversee tenant and administrative management of Kering's property portfolio to ensure operational efficiency and performance optimization.
- Support the development of systems and processes to improve real estate efficiency and provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in real estate within the Americas, with significant exposure to the US market.
- Experience in fashion retail, consulting, investment, or property sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Architecture preferred; MBA is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of leasing processes, negotiations, contract review, and financial modeling.
- Effective communication with executive teams and cross-functional departments.
- Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn new tools.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of database and project management systems is beneficial.
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
A minimum of 5-7 years in a real estate role within the Americas, with a strong focus on the US market.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Architecture preferred; MBA is a plus.
Base salary of $165,000-$190,000 plus incentives.
