1. Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in the US and Canada with precision and punctuality.
2. Support urgent payroll requests from senior leadership, including off-cycle payments and adjustments.
3. Develop and maintain robust controls and procedures to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
4. Identify, research, and resolve payroll discrepancies, implementing preventative measures.
5. Handle complex payroll transactions, including international employee adjustments and benefit-related payments.
6. Manage quarter-end and year-end pay and tax adjustments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
7. Stay informed on legislation and regulatory changes affecting payroll, ensuring compliance with all payroll laws.
8. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to manage payrolls for terminations, bonuses, and other payments.
9. Conduct post-payroll reporting and processes, resolving errors and providing monthly reports to brands and finance.
10. Support system implementations with thorough analysis and testing.
11. Ensure successful management of pension schemes and other benefit-related payments.

1. 5+ years of experience in payroll processing.
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPS.
2. Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Experience with queries, internal/external payroll reporting, and audit procedures.
4. Working knowledge of multi-state payroll tax laws.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills.
6. Ability to research and interpret payroll-related topics and adapt to new information.
7. Problem-solving skills and comfort working independently.

5+ years of experience in payroll processing.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
