- Resolve service requests through the Internal Ticketing System.
- Collect and verify vendor information, and create SAP Vendor accounts by recording account information.
- Support the Assistant Manager in end-to-end master data management processes for FSSC and collaborate with regional FSSC counterparts to streamline processes.
- Manage various SAP and non-SAP master data objects, ensuring data synchronization with other tools such as Store DB, Tririga, Esker, Concur, Workday, and BlackLine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Master Data compliance with internal control processes and requirements.
- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Kering Group Master Data, supporting process efficiency, internal control effectiveness, compliance, and strategic insight production.
- Maintain master data according to data standards, control requirements, and defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct periodic audits of master data to ensure quality and compliance with internal controls.
- Provide guidance and support to MDM analysts, ensuring adherence to internal controls and data governance requirements and resolving complex Master Data challenges.
- Participate in finance transformation projects and system initiatives, contributing to the design, testing, and deployment of new MDM processes and tools.
- Act as a key contributor in continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with team members to enhance Master Data processes and controls.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within a Finance Department or Shared Services Center.
- Proficiency in SAP AP/Master Data and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data, including sorting, filtering, pivoting, summarizing, and error checking.
- Excellent understanding of master data maintenance and its integrated impact on finance processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Self-driven with a strong analytical mindset.
- Agility and inquisitiveness.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight reporting deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
3 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) within a Finance Department or Shared Services Center.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Information Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
