Kering Senior M&A Legal Counsel

1. Lead and coordinate M&A projects in collaboration with finance, real estate, and innovation teams.
2. Structure and develop projects with cross-functional teams, analyzing legal aspects.
3. Conduct and oversee audit processes with external advisors.
4. Draft and review contractual documentation, including confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, and shareholder agreements.
5. Participate in negotiations and manage signing, closing, and post-closing operations.
6. Monitor and manage liability guarantees.
7. Supervise external legal advisors and maintain legal vigilance on contractual and M&A matters.

1. Master II in Business Law/DJCE and Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
2. 7 to 10 years of experience in M&A and private equity, primarily in an international law firm.

1. Meticulous and organized with the ability to manage complex, cross-border cases.
2. Autonomous, dynamic, and responsive with excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
3. Strong understanding of operational issues and ability to act as a business partner.
4. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration in a multicultural environment.
5. Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.

7 to 10 years of experience in M&A and private equity, primarily acquired in an international law firm.

Master II in Business Law/DJCE and Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
