Kering Senior M&A Legal Counsel

- Lead and coordinate M&A projects in collaboration with finance, real estate, and innovation teams.
- Participate in structuring and developing projects in coordination with finance and tax functions, analyzing legal aspects.
- Conduct and oversee audit processes in collaboration with external advisors.
- Draft and review comprehensive contractual documentation with external counsel support.
- Engage in negotiations and manage signing, closing, and post-closing operations.
- Oversee and manage liability guarantees.
- Supervise and manage external legal advisors.
- Conduct legal monitoring on contractual and M&A matters.
- Master II in Business Law/DJCE and Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
- 7 to 10 years of M&A and private equity experience, primarily in an international law firm.
- Meticulous and organized with the ability to manage complex, transnational cases.
- Autonomous, dynamic, and responsive with excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Strong ability to understand operational challenges and act as a business partner.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
7 to 10 years of experience in M&A and private equity, primarily within an international law firm.
Master II in Business Law/DJCE and Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession.
