1. Collaborate with external advisors and cross-functional teams to identify unclaimed property.
2. Ensure compliance with state laws and regulations regarding unclaimed property.
3. Maintain accurate records of unclaimed property and document efforts to locate owners.
4. Coordinate outreach efforts to locate and notify owners of unclaimed property.
5. Facilitate the recovery of unclaimed property and ensure timely reporting and remittance to authorities or rightful owners.
6. Identify and implement process improvements for unclaimed property and indirect tax management.
7. Work closely with internal departments, external agencies, and state authorities to ensure compliance and streamline processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in unclaimed property management/compliance.

2. Knowledge of state unclaimed property laws and regulations.
3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A minimum of 2 years in unclaimed property management or compliance is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
