Kering Senior Human Resources Executive

- Deliver a comprehensive range of HR services, including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and daily HR operations.
- Support the management and delivery of HR shared services to various brands across Hong Kong and Macau.
- Coordinate employee insurance and benefits programs, ensuring proper documentation and engaging in meetings to support program development.
- Advise and guide managers and employees on performance management, including probation reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Support the implementation and administration of HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, employer branding, and inclusion and diversity.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS (Workday).
- Prepare presentation materials and conduct data analysis for HR reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Partner or HR Generalist in a fast-paced, matrix-managed multinational corporation, ideally within the high-end fashion, retail, or FMCG industry.
- Articulate and effective communication skills with strong presentation and analytical abilities.
- Proven experience in managing multi-cultural human resources issues and comprehensive knowledge of labor ordinances in Hong Kong and Macau.
- Proficiency in using Workday is advantageous.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
- High proficiency in English and Putonghua.
Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in a similar HR role within a fast-paced, multinational environment, preferably in the luxury fashion or retail sector.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
