1. Provide high-quality legal counseling in corporate law to senior executives, business leaders, and HR professionals within Kering Group Companies in Taiwan.
2. Advise on investigations, terminations, and employee disputes.
3. Draft and verify responses to labor departments and governmental agencies.
4. Offer legal advice on retail operations, employee issues, reorganizations, acquisitions, and distribution.
5. Support HR by drafting and revising corporate policies, employment letters, and various agreements.
6. Conduct training for managers on Taiwanese law compliance.
7. Manage legal matters handled by outside counsels, including litigation.
8. Counsel sourcing and procurement professionals, drafting procurement contracts.
9. Draft, review, and negotiate distribution contracts.
10. Liaise with local corporate counsels in the Asia Pacific region.
11. Prepare and review lease agreements and related planning and construction documents.
12. Maintain relationships with external legal counsel.
13. Provide legal advice on corporate websites, social media, and data protection.
14. Advise on direct marketing, advertising, and media activities.
15. Offer corporate secretarial advice and services.
16. Develop expertise in business processes to deliver strategic legal advice.

1. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
2. Admittance to practice law in Taiwan or relevant jurisdiction.

1. Expertise in corporate law and employment law.
2. Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
3. Ability to manage and coordinate with external legal counsel.
4. Proficiency in providing strategic legal advice.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal practice, preferably within the luxury fashion industry or a multinational corporation.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
