- Provide high-quality legal counseling in corporate law to senior executives, business leaders, and HR professionals within Kering Group Companies in Taiwan.
- Advise on investigations, terminations, and employee disputes.
- Draft and verify responses to labor departments and governmental agencies.
- Offer legal advice on retail operations, employee issues, reorganizations, acquisitions, and distribution.
- Support HR by drafting and revising corporate policies, employment letters, and various agreements.
- Conduct training for managers on Taiwanese law compliance.
- Manage legal matters handled by outside counsels, including litigation.
- Counsel sourcing and procurement professionals, drafting procurement contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate distribution contracts.
- Liaise with local corporate counsels in the Asia Pacific region.
- Prepare and review lease agreements and related planning and construction documents.
- Maintain relationships with external legal counsel.
- Provide legal advice on corporate websites, social media, and data protection.
- Advise on direct marketing, advertising, and media activities.
- Offer corporate secretarial advice and services.
- Develop expertise in business processes to deliver strategic legal advice.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
- Admittance to practice law in Taiwan or relevant jurisdiction.
- Expertise in corporate law and employment law.
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with external legal counsel.
- Proficiency in providing strategic legal advice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal practice, preferably within the luxury fashion industry or a multinational corporation.
Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
