1. Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Oversee budget management and project timelines.
3. Direct retail store construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and develop project concepts.
5. Prepare technical programs and integrate design deadlines into overall planning.
6. Manage project launch, tender, and construction processes.
7. Ensure compliance with design and planning specifications.
8. Control and communicate project costs and timelines.
9. Maintain and manage all contractual and administrative documentation.
10. Coordinate meetings and communications with stakeholders.
11. Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence for project reporting and cost control.

1. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
2. Master's degree or experience in Real Estate and Asset Management is advantageous.
3. Over 10 years of experience in Construction or Real Estate Project Management.

1. Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD) and 3D tools.
2. Strong written presentation skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries.
4. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
5. Rigorous attention to detail and deadline management.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of construction and safety regulations.

Over 10 years of experience in construction or real estate project management, including reporting and follow-up.

Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
