- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Oversee budget management and project timelines.
- Direct retail store construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop project concepts.
- Prepare technical programs and integrate design deadlines into overall planning.
- Manage project launch, tender, and construction processes.
- Ensure compliance with design and planning specifications.
- Control and communicate project costs and timelines.
- Maintain and manage all contractual and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence for project reporting and cost control.
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Master's degree or experience in Real Estate and Asset Management is advantageous.
- Over 10 years of experience in Construction or Real Estate Project Management.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD) and 3D tools.
- Strong written presentation skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Rigorous attention to detail and deadline management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and safety regulations.
Over 10 years of experience in construction or real estate project management, including reporting and follow-up.
Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
