Kering Senior Construction Project Manager

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion in France and the UK.
- Establish, manage, and track project budgets and timelines.
- Oversee retail store construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand store planning.
- Conduct technical due diligence and manage the technical and management processes of asset acquisition.
- Conduct feasibility studies, project setup, and design development.
- Prepare technical programs and integrate design deadlines into overall planning.
- Manage project launch, tender, and construction processes.
- Ensure compliance with design and planning intent throughout project execution.
- Control and report costs and timelines for all project phases.
- Manage contractual and administrative aspects of the construction process, including purchase orders and contract management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Conduct on-site audits to verify compliance with standards and requirements.
- Coordinate design, site, and internal meetings.
- Maintain and update project certification and documentation databases.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and required decisions.
- Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence tools for project reporting and cost control.
- Engineering or architectural degree.
- Master's degree or experience in real estate and asset management is advantageous.
- 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate project management.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
A minimum of 10 years in construction or real estate project management, with a focus on reporting and follow-up.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. A Master's degree is preferred.
