1. Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion in France and the UK.
2. Establish, manage, and track project budgets and timelines.
3. Oversee retail store construction projects, ensuring alignment with brand store planning.
4. Conduct technical due diligence and manage the technical and management processes of asset acquisition.
5. Conduct feasibility studies, project setup, and design development.
6. Prepare technical programs and integrate design deadlines into overall planning.
7. Manage project launch, tender, and construction processes.
8. Ensure compliance with design and planning intent throughout project execution.
9. Control and report costs and timelines for all project phases.
10. Manage contractual and administrative aspects of the construction process, including purchase orders and contract management.
11. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high-quality standards and cost efficiency.
12. Conduct on-site audits to verify compliance with standards and requirements.
13. Coordinate design, site, and internal meetings.
14. Maintain and update project certification and documentation databases.
15. Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and required decisions.
16. Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence tools for project reporting and cost control.

1. Engineering or architectural degree.
2. Master's degree or experience in real estate and asset management is advantageous.
3. 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate project management.

1. Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

A minimum of 10 years in construction or real estate project management, with a focus on reporting and follow-up.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. A Master's degree is preferred.
