Kering Senior Construction Project Manager

- Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
- Manage and direct retail store construction projects, supporting brand store planning.
- Conduct feasibility studies and develop project design concepts.
- Prepare technical programs and integrate design deadlines into overall planning.
- Manage project launch, tender, and construction processes.
- Ensure compliance with design and planning intents during construction.
- Control and report on project costs and timelines throughout all phases.
- Handle all contractual and administrative aspects of the construction process.
- Coordinate with external service providers to maintain high quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Conduct site audits to verify compliance with standards and requirements.
- Facilitate and lead design, site, and internal meetings.
- Maintain and archive project documentation and certifications.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and required decisions to stakeholders.
- Utilize Microsoft Business Intelligence for project reporting and cost control.
- Engineering or architectural degree.
- Master's degree or experience in real estate and asset management is advantageous.
- 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate project management.
- Proficiency in CAD drawing (AutoCAD and 3D tools).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various countries.
- Knowledge of construction and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
10+ years of experience in construction or real estate project management, with a focus on reporting and follow-up.
Engineering or architectural degree, with a Master's degree being a plus.
